Coming from a foundation of old-fashioned values and military service, David Johnson strongly believes in our constitution and our criminal justice system, including the eroding presumption of innocence. David has a deep desire to protect and defend people, as he demonstrated when he volunteered for the first Gulf War as an Air Force officer. He brings that same desire to protect and defend people to his law office every day, by protecting and defending the constitutional rights of his clients. He knows that there are times when people are unjustly arrested.

Examples of these abound:

  • Someone in a failing relationship falsely and spitefully accuses you of domestic battery
  • You are in a verbal fight and it is escalating, and someone falsely accuses you of drawing a gun on them or battering them.
